The fast-ribbed mesh (Non-dismantle template mesh) is made of hot dripped galvanized steel plates according to BSEN 10142 1991 Fe P03GI+FeP02GI Z275. Its meshes and U-shaped sections are processed by high-tech full computer automatic machines, and the plate has no connection points but strong tensile strength.
The fast-ribbed mesh is fixed as consumable templates. When the concrete is poured behind the template, the complement angle sheet on the mesh will embed into the concrete and form a mechanical wedge connected with the adjoining castable. The seam quality is strictly controlled. The adhesion and shear strength can be co***rable with well-treated scrabbling seaming. |
